Mindful Movement, Breathwork & Journaling
In this interactive workshop, teens (ages 13-18) will discover the power of mindful movement, breathwork, and journaling to enhance their well-being and self-awareness. This is a safe and supportive space for all levels, where participants can explore their bodies, minds, and emotions.
