What are Yoga Community Classes?
They are YOGA TEACHER TRAINEES who have been on a journey studying and learning to become yoga teachers. This one hour class will be shared complimentary. These Yoga classes will be led by our teacher trainees.
Who can join?
Suitable for students of all levels. An opportunity to share knowledge and practice in the community.
All classes are 60min. long. You will need a yoga mat, bottled water and a blanket.
