We’ll begin with a warm cacao ritual and soft, grounding breathwork to ease you into presence. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound journey where crystal bowls, flutes, drums, chimes, and elemental tones weave together — creating a living field of vibration that supports release, clarity, and inner harmony.
Each frequency is chosen with intention, inviting your nervous system to soften, your energy to settle, and your inner world to open in its own natural way.
